my Story

As a former “gym dad “of over 11 years, I was lucky enough to follow my two daughters through every step, tumble, and leap of their journeys in this incredible sport. What started as a way to capture their memories quickly became a passion for documenting the beauty, intensity, and emotion of gymnastics—from the nerves and excitement of every competition to the quiet moments and intensity of all the hard work in the gym.

I’ve been fortunate to have access not just to the meets, but to the heart of the sport itself—the training, the friendships, and the unbreakable bonds formed between teammates and coaches. Through my lens, I aim to tell those stories and celebrate the dedication, artistry, and spirit that make gymnastics so special.

Hey there! I’m a former gymnastics dad of over 10 years who was lucky enough to follow my two daughters through every step, tumble, and leap of their gymnastics journeys. Along the way, I picked up my camera—something I’ve been doing professionally for over 20 years—and started capturing it all: the nerves, the excitement, the grit, and the pure joy of this incredible sport.

I’ve been fortunate to have a front-row seat not just at the competitions, but in the gym—where the real magic happens. The long practices, the laughter, the frustrations, and the amazing bonds between teammates and coaches.

Of all the things I’ve photographed in my career, capturing gymnastics has, by far, been the most epic and fun creative experience yet. It’s a world full of strength, artistry, and heart—and I’m grateful to tell its story through my lens.
